Asbestos Management
Where asbestos-containing materials are identified at the site, an appropriate and methodical plan of action must be implemented. When necessary, quotation estimates for the following services will be provided:
- Preparation of detailed specification & scope of works for any asbestos removal or repairs works identified by the survey investigation risk assessment.
- Compilation of asbestos Management policy- detailing the systems and procedures for information to those liable to disturb the identified asbestos- containing materials and control of contractors and visitors to the site.
- Provision of awareness and action training for staff and sub-contractors.

Asbestos Removal / Monitoring
Where asbestos–containing materials are recommended to be removed, repaired or left in-situ and managed, estimates will be provided for the following services:
- Project management and supervision of the asbestos works, including liaison with the appointed contractor, air testing and statutory final clearance.
- Periodic inspection, monitoring and recording of the condition of asbestos-containing materials, which may be left and managed in-situ.
- Provision of an annual audit/review of the asbestos management arrangements, and ongoing advice and assistance, including asbestos incident investigation.
